Salary Range : $19.50 - $29.50

Pay Info : $10,000 Sign on Bonus!

Job Summary :

The Senior Nursing Assistant (NA) provides exceptional resident-centered care in our long-term care facility. As an expert caregiver, you'll assist residents with their daily living activities and work closely with the nursing team to ensure high-quality services.

Main Responsibilities :

  • Deliver personalized nursing care and assistance tailored to each resident's needs.
  • Perform essential daily activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility assistance.
  • Facilitate a positive dining experience through meal preparation and support.
  • Document resident progress and changes while effectively communicating with the nursing staff.
  • Participate in wellness and recreational programs, encouraging resident involvement.
  • Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Minimum age of 16 with two years of experience in long-term care preferred.
  • Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required.
  • Commitment to ongoing education and maintaining necessary certifications.
  • Ability to complete Restorative Nursing training as required.
