Job Summary :
The Senior Nursing Assistant (NA) provides exceptional resident-centered care in our long-term care facility. As an expert caregiver, you'll assist residents with their daily living activities and work closely with the nursing team to ensure high-quality services.
Main Responsibilities :
Deliver personalized nursing care and assistance tailored to each resident's needs.Perform essential daily activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility assistance.Facilitate a positive dining experience through meal preparation and support.Document resident progress and changes while effectively communicating with the nursing staff.Participate in wellness and recreational programs, encouraging resident involvement.Qualifications :
High school diploma or GED preferred.Minimum age of 16 with two years of experience in long-term care preferred.Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required.Commitment to ongoing education and maintaining necessary certifications.Ability to complete Restorative Nursing training as required.Benefits :
