Program Manager
KBR is seeking a highly motivated Program Manager (PM) to lead a large, multi-year Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) prime contract. The PM oversees contract execution to accomplish Statement of Work tasks supporting customers in the intelligence and national security communities. The PM serves as the primary point of contact for contractor support allocation, ensures successful delivery of associated deliverables, and collaborates with partner SETA support, FFRDC, and government teams to support the customer mission.
The PM leads a matrixed, multi-disciplinary team supporting the customer across various mission areas : GEOINT, SIGINT, Enterprise Integration, Resiliency, Data Transport, Mission Integration & Warfighter Support, and Mission Assurance. The ideal candidate will have a technical background with experience across the Intelligence Community and possess excellent communication skills and extensive experience as a program manager.

The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate's work location, knowledge, skills, abilities, and / or experience, clearance level, contract affordability, and in consideration of internal parity considerations.
KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation.
