Training Solutions Experience Sr. Manager
Are you passionate about driving AWS's growth by designing and delivering strategic skills transformation solutions for our enterprise customers? As the Training Solutions Experience Sr. Manager, you'll operate at the critical intersection of program management, technology, and change management. This pivotal role involves partnering with AWS Training & Certification (T&C) field teams to architect scalable transformation solutions for our customers. Key job responsibilities include diving deep into customer segment needs and goals to develop targeted enablement strategies, collaborating with field sales teams to understand and address customer challenges, leading consultative teams that drive cloud adoption and innovation across global customers, and taking ownership of all programmatic activities for customer engagements including planning, reporting, and risk mitigation. Crafting monthly and quarterly business reviews to AWS leadership to surface key business insights is also part of the role.
In this role, you'll be instrumental in helping organizations navigate their cloud journey by developing and implementing comprehensive training and enablement solutions that drive meaningful business outcomes. You'll join a diverse team of technical experts in dozens of countries who help customers achieve more with the AWS cloud.

Basic Qualifications include 10+ years of building and leading large teams and working in matrixed operating structures experience, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, experience working and communicating with multiple stakeholders, C-level executives, and cross-functional teams, and experience in strategic thinking about business, enterprise software products, and new technology platforms and architectures. Preferred Qualifications include 5+ years of managing and developing high-performance teams experience.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $174,300 / year in our lowest geographic market up to $288,200 / year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
