POSITION SUMMARYThe Partnership is seeking a seasoned media planner with proven abilities for developing and managing paid media campaigns across traditional and digital channels. This role is ideal for media professionals who thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial work environment and for those passionate about growing alongside the rapid change impacting our business. Were seeking a freelance candidate for 30-40 hours per week to lead day to day planning across several accounts with the support of our team. You will play a critical role in leading campaign development, overseeing media planning and buying across channels, and helping to shape scalable processes as the media team continues to expand. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES : Media Planning, Buying & OptimizationLeads media planning and buying across digital and traditional channels including the translation of clients objectives and insights into actionable recommendations.Contributes to creating measurement frameworks and developing KPIs that hold campaigns accountable to performance goals.Collaborates with account management, creative and operations teams to deliver integrated campaigns.Manage vendor relationships, negotiate rates, and evaluate media opportunities.Prepares and delivers reporting with actionable insights and recommendations.Support new business efforts as required. Campaign ManagementPartners with Paid Media Manager to oversee campaign activation including timely trafficking of campaign assets and oversight of operational needs for tracking results.Maintains an organized record of campaign documents including maintaining monthly flowcharts, clients budgets and vendor insertion orders.Work to present ongoing recommendations for campaign optimization effectively communicating insights to internal and external stakeholders Position Requirements3.5+ years of media planning and buying experience, with at least 3 years in an agency environment.Proven ability to lead campaign strategy and execution from planning through optimization.Strong knowledge of digital platforms paid social, and traditional media.Hands-on mentality with high attention to detail and accountability.Ability to work independently in a remote setting and adapt quickly to shifting priorities.Experience in high-volume, entrepreneurial agency environments.Familiarity with Atlanta and Florida media markets is a plus.Bachelors degree in marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
