Full Time / Direct Hire - Director, Network & Monitoring

Location - work onsite 3 days per week. This is a hybrid role based out of our Bridgewater, NJ office.

We’re looking for a Director, Network & Monitoring on the Information Technology Team to help us expand what’s possible for patients with serious diseases. Reporting to the Senior Director, Technology Services & Operations, you’ll be accountable to develop and maintain the high-level design plan for the overall logical and technical network and monitoring architecture. You will provide technical leadership and consulting across the organization, from strategic decision making down to the project planning level. The Director will gain organizational commitment for all high-level network & infrastructure monitoring plans and initiate and participate in projects to evaluate technologies and methods for implementing these plans.

Who You Are

You have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree or college diploma in the field of computer science with 10 years of experience or 12+ years equivalent work experience.

You are or you have :

• 5+ year’s experience managing, developing and delivering strategic hybrid network architectural design and operational excellence in a global organization.
• 10+ year’s experience designing enterprise-wide LANs, WANs, WLANs, VPNs, VMs, virtual networks, hybrid networks etc.
• 2+ year’s experience with monitoring technologies and platforms.
• 3+ year’s experience leading teams.
• Extensive knowledge of resilient IT networks and systems including common network routing protocols including OSPF and BGP.
• Knowledge of Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform, Cisco Networking, and Generative AI
• Prior experience with programming languages such as python and bash to enable automation.

Estimated Max Rate : $235000.00
