Job description

We're seeking an experienced Sourcing Manager IV (Vendor Manager) to support strategic supply chain initiatives for a leading organization. This role is responsible for managing key vendor relationships, ensuring contract compliance, driving cost optimization, and supporting cross-functional supply chain transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage and evaluate vendor performance to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Partner with supply chain and procurement teams to deliver key program goals.
  • Analyze vendor spend, identify savings opportunities, and report key metrics.
  • Implement best practices in sourcing, supplier management, and risk mitigation.

Qualifications :

  • 4 7 years of experience in sourcing, vendor management, or procurement.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Background in supply chain or operations preferred.
