Caring and warm Texas town and non-profit System seeks 3 Family Medicine Physicians or Internal Medicine Physicians East of the Dallas, TX in Texarkana TX - 2 hours from Dallas and Little Rock - words cant describe how wonderful and welcoming these people are!!

Package contains : Family Medicine / Internal Medicine Physician

Income guarantee, $260,000 - $265,000 / year starting base. then $300,000 - $330,000 / year after year 1. Large catchment for $400,000 people
$50,000 - $75,000 SIGN ON with 3 year commitment
$2,000 month residency stiped
$25,000.00 yr loan repy or retention
100% paid Malpractice and tail
Retirement funding with % match
Medical-health, Dental- and Vision 100% paid
Over 1 month off per year, paid!!

Job / Practice Description : Family Medicine Physician / Internal Medicine

8 IM / FMs and 7 APPs

Schedule – M-F 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm - flex schedule, 4.5 days in clinic

100% Outpatient

Average Patient Volume : 14-22 patients per day
