Mercury’s Risk Engineering team builds reliable, efficient systems that empower investigators to act faster, make clearer decisions, and operate more smoothly. As an IC2 Software Engineer, you will contribute features across the technology stack and own well‑scoped tasks end‑to‑end.

Responsibilities and Desired Skills

• Ownership and follow‑through : take well‑scoped tasks, ask questions, and ship reliable changes with clean pull requests and incremental delivery.
• Full‑stack development : implement UI components and flows; build or refine backend APIs and data models while monitoring reliability and performance.
• Technical design and documentation : contribute to design documents, write clear RFCs when needed, and add appropriate tests and metrics.
• Cross‑team collaboration : partner with engineers, product, design, and risk operations to deliver thoughtful, impactful solutions.
