Job descriptionPerform microscopic soldering of wires, leads, and electronic components onto PCBs and assemblies. Assemble, inspect, and rework circuit boards and subassemblies per drawings and specifications. Operate standard electronics assembly equipment, including soldering irons, microscopes, ovens, and ultrasonic cleaners. Conduct rework of defective or improperly functioning assemblies. Collaborate with calibration and test teams to ensure boards and assemblies meet functional requirements. Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all documentation and processes. Perform other related duties as assigned. Full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity. 4 / 10 schedule : Monday through Thursday, 6 : 15 am – 4 : 45 pm.

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Microscopic Solder to join the team at our main operation in Chatsworth, CA.
- Pay : $20–$25 per hour (Depending on Experience)
- Location : Chatsworth, CA
As a Microscopic Solder, you will be responsible for performing precision soldering of wires and components to printed circuit boards (PCBs) and computer boards under a microscope. You will follow detailed engineering drawings, travelers, and manufacturing procedures to ensure high-quality assemblies that meet strict industry standards.
