Senior Project Manager

Focus Search LLC is recruiting for a Senior Project Manager with a rapidly growing Commercial Construction General Contractor in Columbus, Ohio. This role oversees all field and project operations for construction projects, serving as the primary on-site liaison among clients, designers, and subcontractors. Responsibilities include managing project execution from preconstruction through closeout, leading high-performing teams, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget. The position requires oversight of budgets, schedules, risk management, contract administration, and quality control, as well as support for field engineering and the adoption of innovative construction technologies. Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related OR combination of Education and Experience
• 5–10 years of construction project management experience
• Strong knowledge in construction estimating, scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration
• Experience with Blue Beam or similar software highly desired
