We are selectively seeking an Experienced Electrical Engineer with both strong technical skills and an affinity for business operations to join our team. Successful candidates will have a desire to work in a fast-paced environment based on trust and integrity and have an interest in a hands-on approach to business. Interested applicants should have a passion for manufacturing and innovation as well as a desire for a broad scope of daily responsibilities. In addition to these qualities, we are looking for someone with the following characteristics and qualifications :

Skills :

• Experience with product or process innovations and a perpetual drive toward learning
• Proven results towards continuous improvements and a consistent progression in roles and responsibilities
• Product Design Experience in circuit design and component selection
• Familiarity with many different aspects of the manufacturing process, i.e. controls, programming, launch
• Experience in quoting, price negotiation, etc...
• Knowledge of lighting and LED design is a plus
• Proven leadership ability and desire to work in a team based atmosphere
