• Mentor and guide a team of top-tier firmware and embedded software engineers
• Collaborate with Hardware Engineering to bring cutting-edge designs to life. Choose components with suitable I / O and features that meet customer requirements.
• Establish best-in-class workflows and quality assurance methodologies
• Partner with hardware teams to select components that exceed customer expectations
• Oversee documentation including software / firmware release notes and procedures (using tools like JIRA). Keeps your team running like a well-oiled machine.
