Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team and provide in-home ABA therapy services to children and families. This role offers flexible hours and an opportunity for increased pay based on performance and continued commitment.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver 1 : 1 ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Implement individualized treatment plans targeting communication, social, and daily living skills

Accurately collect and record data on client progress and behavior

Collaborate with parents and caregivers to promote generalization of skills

Participate in ongoing training and team meetings

Qualifications

Active RBT certification (BACB)

High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred

Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred

Reliable transportation and ability to travel to clients’ homes

Strong communication skills and a commitment to ethical, client-centered care
