The Work Order Administrator will provide facilities support and processing of all facilities maintenance requests for all UFP locations to include emergency escalation, dispatch, and past due work order follow-up. Enter and manage work order requests using Woven, the cloud-based CMMS system, and dispatch to the appropriate vendor partner as needed within the priority timeline dictated on the request. Make contact with the vendor or maintenance technician to confirm the request was received and scheduled for immediate service for high priority/emergency repairs. Review all new work order requests to ensure they contain all needed details for a vendor to perform the service. Maintain cost data relative to maintenance and labor cost by individual work order. Engage with club operations as necessary to update work orders on an as needed basis. Follow-up calls and/or emails to vendors on past due requests to obtain the status and estimated completion date. Communicate effectively with internal and external teams to ensure accurate and timely expedition of work order requests.
