Responsibilities for this role include leading all accounting operations, financial reporting, and audit relationships, as well as partnering with FP&A, business finance, and operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services, with a focus on building scalable finance infrastructure, delivering exceptional results, and being a strategic finance executive. Key qualifications include a CPA, with an MBA preferred, and a minimum of 15 years' progressive finance and accounting experience, including at least 5 years in a relevant industry.
