Cardiothoracic Surgeon Opportunity | Central Florida

Were actively seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Cardiothoracic or Cardiovascular Surgeon to join a high-performing, collaborative surgical team at a respected community-based hospital in Central Florida . This is a full-time, employed position offering excellent support, competitive compensation, and a quality-of-life-oriented schedule in a growing, vibrant region.

Position Overview

• Setting : Non-academic, community hospital environment
• Schedule : Full-time with shared call and robust APP support
• Clinic Duties : ~1 day per week for post-op and new patient visits
• Inpatient Support : Provided by experienced APPs, critical care, and anesthesia teams
• Facilities : 351-bed hospital with 3 dedicated CVORs
• Call : Shared call model; 30-minute response required
