Job Description :

As a Project Engineer , you will play a crucial role in assisting with the planning and execution of commercial construction projects. Working closely with the Project Manager and the project team, you will contribute to the successful delivery of projects by providing technical expertise and ensuring adherence to project specifications. Your responsibilities will include :

• Assisting in the development and management of project plans, budgets, and schedules.
• Collaborating with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.
• Conducting site visits and inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Assisting with the coordination and procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractor services.
• Reviewing and interpreting project drawings, specifications, and contracts.
• Assisting in the preparation and submission of project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and RFIs.
• Supporting the resolution of technical issues, conflicts, and changes during the construction process.
• Assisting with project cost tracking and analysis to ensure profitability.
• Promoting a culture of safety and ensuring adherence to all safety regulations and protocols.
