YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Summary:
Tosupport a positive QSHE culture that will make Brenntag the safest and mostreliable chemical supply partner for customers, suppliers, employees,contractors, and the general community.
Therole is to assist Brenntag Mid-South QSHE Leader in projects and coordinationof programs to support continuous improvement and positive QSHE culture thataims towards safety excellence.
Job Description:
- Provide support, administration, and analysis for the operations group functional areas of QSHE Management that maintain Brenntag Mid-South QSHE requirements, in line with Global QSHE strategy:
- Collaboration and point of contact with Regional/Global QSHE and stakeholders on projects, initiatives, and programs with tracking of status.
- Preparation of Regional QSHE performance reports, scorecards, best practices, lessons learned and analysis of performance trends and general KPIs interpretation.
- Analyze the regional information and provide summaries to support the further development of the QSHE culture.
- Participate in periodic site visits and Regional QSHE meetings to develop the necessary knowledge of the operations, the business, and the networking to keep the QSHE strategy connected to the real QSHE needs of the organization and its stakeholders, in aligned with both the Regional/Global QSHE strategy.
- Collaboration with stakeholders on Regional/Global QSHE training initiatives.
- Coordination of Regional QSHE budget process and tracking of status.
- Administrator of information on various Regional QSHE platforms (Database, SharePoint, Websites, Programs, Projects, etc.).
- Best Practice sharing with Global QSHE Team concerning Regional QSHE projects and programs.
