A company is looking for an Associate - Sales / Telesales (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Provide accurate and timely responses to calls regarding travel insurance coverage

Understand customer needs and align them with appropriate insurance products

Resolve service issues and complaints effectively and independently

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or GED

Active property and casualty or personal lines license

Proficiency in email, preferably MS Outlook

1 year of experience in a Call Center

1 year of experience in a Sales-related role
