Overview
BD Urology and Critical Care (UCC) is seeking a Staff Engineer to join our High Volume Consumables R&D team, focusing on early-stage design within the New Product Development (NPD) process. This role offers a unique opportunity to build expertise in Biodesign, requirements management, Design for Six Sigma (DFSS), and design validation. You'll gain hands-on experience, benefit from structured professional development, and collaborate closely with a broad network of BD Subject Matter Experts to help shape the next generation of medical technologies.
