Summary : We are seeking an experienced Lead Plumber to join our growing team. This position is ideal for a journeyman or Master Plumber living in or near the Roaring Fork Valley who is ready to lead plumbing jobs, guide team members and ensure high-quality installations on both residential and commercial projects.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate, and participate in the installation, repair and maintenance of plumbing systems & related equipment.
• Assign daily work to crew and ensure high standards of quality & safety.
• Inspect work in progress and upon completion to ensure high standards of quality & safety.
• Evaluates and identifies the necessary parts and equipment
• Communicate with install supervisors to support with forecasting & material purchases
• Direct installation of assemblies & interpret specifications, blueprints and job orders.
