Pharmacist at Providence Cedars-Sinai Tarzana Medical Center in Tarzana, CA. This position is Per Diem and will work 8-hour, Day shifts.

The Outpatient-Retail pharmacist is responsible for dispensing medications and providing consultations to physicians, employees and discharge patients as well as the patients of the community at large. The Outpatient Pharmacist will serve as a resource to the patients, physicians, pharmacists, nurses and other members of the health care team.

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate from a college or university of Pharmacy.
• California Pharmacist Registered upon hire.

California Fire and Life Safety Card - National Organization within 30 days of hire.

• 1 year - Experience as retail pharmacist or hospital outpatient pharmacist.

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
