Job Title : Mobile Nurse Practitioner – Senior Living Rounding + Wound Care Paid Training

Compensation : $105,000 to $120,000 annually

Benefits : Full Benefits Package (for full-time status)

What You’ll Do :

• Travel to senior communities to provide patient care
• Perform wellness checks, chronic care, and wound assessments
• Coordinate care plans with nursing and family members
• Chart in EMR and ensure regulatory documentation
