Internal Medicine physician employment in Florida :

Outpatient Internal Medicine - Port Richey, Florida

A dynamic and expanding primary care group, with over 60 locations throughout Florida, is seeking a Board-Certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician with experience.

This outpatient practice operates Monday to Friday from 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM, with no weekend or late hours required. The Call is optional and available for additional compensation.

Each physiciansees 20-22 patients daily, with an 80% geriatric patient demographic.

Candidates must have experience with Managed Care, Medicare Advantage, and HEDIS Coding. Bilingual candidates fluent in English and Spanish are preferred.

The base salary is negotiable in the mid-$200,000 range, with the potential for performance-based bonuses. The position offers full and comprehensive benefits, including 4 weeks of paid time off (PTO).

Requirements :

• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Excellent communication skills
• Active Florida medical license
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills
• Experience with EMR / EHR systems preferred
