Position Highlights
Nebraska Medicine is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our distinguished Epilepsy team. This opportunity is open to APPs of all experience levels, with a preference for those with a background in neurology or epilepsy. In this role, you will help deliver advanced treatment therapies with a focus on epilepsy care and contribute to a dynamic, patient-centered environment at our level 4 Comprehensive Epilepsy Center. This role will be split between the Epilepsy Monitoring Unit and the clinic.

Duties : APP - Specialty Care, Neurology / Epilepsy Monitoring Unit (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant)
Provide comprehensive specific neurology-based health care to individuals in ambulatory and / or inpatient care environments. Diagnose medical conditions, plan and implement interventions, and evaluate patient responses in collaboration with a designated supervising physician. Perform and assist with diagnostic and therapeutic medical procedures. Comprehensive neurologic and sub-specialty focused care includes conditions and management related to Movement Disorders, Epilepsy, Multiple Sclerosis, Neuromuscular Disease, Memory Disorders, Stroke and General Neurology. Provide oversight and collaboration on the activities associated with Nebraska Medicine stroke center if acting as the designated APP for stroke team.
