Description

SPEECHCOM, INC is seeking a full-time CA licensed Occupational Therapist to serve a school district in Paramount, CA for the remainder of the 2025 fall semester.

Rate of Pay : $60-$70 per hour W2 (depending on experience)

Hours : 8 hours per day / 40 hours a week

  • Assignment will begin in November 2025 and run through the end of December 2025 with a possibility of an extension.
  • Monday through Friday

    Requirements

    Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of students to develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Implement therapeutic interventions to enhance student mobility and daily living skills.
  • Collaborate with other service providers to ensure effective discharge planning and continuity of care.
  • Educate parents and families on treatment goals.
  • Document student progress and adjust care plans as necessary to meet evolving needs.
  • Provide support and guidance for students with disabilities and those requiring early intervention.

    • Required Skills : Skill communicating verbally and in writing with students, faculty members, and parents so that all parties understand the program and the degree of progress being made. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Education and Experience : Master's Degree in Occupational TherapyCA state-issued license as an Occupational Therapist
