Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience in card or payments fraud management, with 2-3+ years in a leadership role
Strong domain knowledge of card fraud patterns and transaction monitoring systems
Proficient with fraud management tools such as MasterCard Fraud Center or equivalent
Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret trends and make informed decisions
