Seeking BE / BC Family Medicine physician to join outpatient clinic in NW Champaign, IL.

• 100% outpatient; Monday - Friday opportunity
• Join an established practice with 5 other BC physicians, 3 Advanced Practice Providers, and excellent support staff
• Call is 1 : 6 telephone only and supported by nurse advisory line
• Qualifies for RIMSAP / IDPH loan obligation
• Excellent benefits package : health / dental / life insurance, 403-B plan with employer match, LTD, relocation allowance, CME allowance, and paid malpractice insurance with tail insurance coverage
• Opportunity to teach Family Medicine residents and medical students On site lab, radiology and therapy
• Excellent benefit package including signing bonus, health / dental / life insurance, 403-B plan with employer match, LTD, relocation allowance, CME allowance, and paid malpractice insurance with 100% tail coverage, relocation package
• The compensation range for this position is $325,000 - $360,000.
