CNC Mill Machinist

Pay : $23–$35 / hr Shift : 2nd Location : Livonia

Sign-On Bonus : $1500 after 90 days

Shift Premium : 20%

Workbox Staffing is looking for CNC Mill Machinists to work for a certified manufacturer specializing in precision gears and aerospace components. They are a build-to-print facility supporting prototype and production programs for the aerospace, automotive, and defense industries. Our team prides itself on technical excellence, quality, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities :

• Set up and operate CNC mills to machine precision parts to print.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and GD&T.
• Program offsets, perform tool changes, and verify setups.
• Perform in-process inspections with micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
• Maintain equipment and perform preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot issues and make adjustments to maintain accuracy.
• Record production data and inspection results.
• Follow safety standards and maintain an organized workstation.
