JOB SUMMARY
Supports the CDCN teams with routing / processing and reviewing documents as they flow through the document management system. Identifies trends / irregularities and communicates with the necessary department / program team to resolve the issue.
JOB DUTIES
- Support CDCN teams with reviewing and indexing documents as they flow through Docuware
- Communicate with local offices to identify form and barcoding issues / trends
- Promote cohesiveness in the office environment
- Support day-to-day operations and client advocacy
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Comply with applicable legal requirements, standards, policies, and procedures

QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or GED preferredPrevious office experience preferredPrevious experience reviewing documents preferredThe incumbent typically works in an office environment and uses a computer, telephone, and other office equipment as needed to perform duties.
