The Intake Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for potential clients, creating a welcoming and professional experience that builds trust and confidence from the very first interaction. By listening with empathy and gathering accurate information, this role ensures that clients feel supported and understood. The goal is to establish a strong foundation for long-lasting relationships while determining whether our legal services are the right fit for their needs. This position has flexible hours; it can be part-time or full-time.

Compensation : $20 - $22 hourly

Responsibilities :

• Greet and engage with potential clients over the phone.
• Collect and accurately record key client information.
• Assess client needs and determine suitability for our legal services.
• Set appointments for potential clients.
• Communicate with empathy, professionalism, and discretion.
• Maintain organized and detailed records of all interactions.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth intake processes.
