• Cohesive group of 8 CRNAs, group will be 10 in July 2026
• 8-10 hour shifts
• 1 in 8 call rotation currently, 1 in 10 in July 2026, with additional days off post call weekend
• 33 days of PTO per year
• Signing Bonus Loan-$100,000, forgiven over 4 years
