Key Responsibilities : - Assist in hiring, training, and supervising staff to build a cohesive and effective team, with the approval of the Executive Director. - Develop, lead, and motivate team members through effective communication, ongoing training, personal growth opportunities, and recognition programs. - Collaborate with families, service providers, and employees to meet the individual needs of residents by delivering consistent, personalized care. - Ensure residents live safely and with dignity by implementing supportive measures, security protocols, privacy safeguards, and emergency response systems. - Counsel families and residents to facilitate informed decision-making regarding health and service plan changes.
