Job descriptionCollect and evaluate data and ensure that product meets product standards Monitor sanitation practices throughout the facility along with Good Manufacturing Practices Preserve a good relationship with USDA and Production Management Place product on hold that does not meet specifications or compliance Assists other technicians and management in monitoring and verifying specifications Maintain HACCP records (perform CCP checks) Notify Management if discrepancies are found Collect any necessary microbiological samples Monitor the facility's SSOPs Monitor sanitizers in accordance with regulations Responsible for monitoring BRC policies Responsible for monitoring the management of food safety, legality and quality
