Requirements

• The ideal candidate will have experience in patent drafting, U.S. and foreign patent prosecution, IP due diligence, patentability searches, and freedom-to-operate studies; a Ph.D. degree in molecular biology, biochemistry or equivalent life science degree; admission to the USPTO is required; strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills; excellent academic record, strong work ethic, good attention to detail, and excellent analytical, verbal and written communication skills.
