About the role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Auto Delivery & Rideshare Total Loss Adjuster to join our team in support of a leading auto delivery & rideshare client. In this role, you'll handle total loss claims involving vehicles used in active auto delivery & rideshare service. That includes working with drivers, body shops, salvage vendors, rental providers, and appraisers to deliver fair, fast, and accurate settlements.

You'll be responsible for confirming total losses, validating valuations for high-mileage and commercially used vehicles, and coordinating the recovery process from end to end. Timely communication and efficiency are critical — these vehicles are not just insured assets, but sources of livelihood.

You'll also contribute valuable insights to help refine our internal tools and workflows by working directly with product and engineering teams focused on transforming how rideshare claims are handled.
