We're seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Manager to lead our maintenance and production operations. You'll oversee equipment reliability, facility upkeep, and maintenance teams while driving efficiency, safety, and quality across the plant.

What You'll Do :

• Lead and develop maintenance and production teams.
• Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
• Troubleshoot equipment and facility issues; implement solutions quickly.
• Manage maintenance schedules, spare parts, and CMMS records.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Drive Lean / Continuous Improvement initiatives to reduce downtime and costs.
• Collaborate with operations, quality, and supply chain teams to meet production goals.
