Job Summary :

As a compassionate and strategic Physical Therapist, you will evaluate and treat individuals with mobility limitations, striving to enhance their quality of life. Your role will involve creating flexible and collaborative treatment plans designed to alleviate pain and improve physical function. You can expect to be active and engaged every day, assisting patients with mobility challenges.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and deliver personalized physical therapy programs aimed at enhancing recovery and mobility.
• Document evaluations and treatment plans according to departmental protocols.
• Educate patients and families on treatment strategies and at-home exercises.
• Track and analyze patient progress, recommending modifications as needed.
• Adhere to safety procedures and regulatory standards throughout the therapy process.

Qualifications :

You must have the appropriate education as per state licensure requirements, be a licensed Physical Therapist, and meet any specific department competencies and certifications. Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers is required within the first 60 days of employment.
