Shift Hours : flexible Certifications Required : ACLS, BLS, PALS (bylaws require PALS even though not treating peds). COVID-19 / Flu Vaccination : Not Required but Highly Preferred. Staffing Model : Supervision. 4 : 1 or 3 : 1 Case Mix : B&B. GI, Lab colonoscopy, OB. Trauma, heads, spine, ortho, plastics, bariatrics. Will need PED experience if you take the Call. NO : Hearts, Peds. Ages : 13 and above Volume : Main OR 3-5 cases / day per CRNA.
