A company is looking for a Director, Pharmacy Part B & Specialty Drugs.

Key Responsibilities

Lead specialty drug program design, execution, and monitoring across Medicare Advantage

Develop and implement utilization management programs to optimize cost and member outcomes

Oversee specialty pharmacy programs, contracts, and vendor performance

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

7-10+ years of leadership experience in managed care pharmacy, specifically in Medicare Advantage Part B and specialty drug management

PharmD or advanced degree in pharmacy required

Active pharmacist license

Demonstrated expertise in specialty drug utilization management and regulatory compliance

Strong financial acumen with experience managing pharmacy budgets and performance outcomes
