POSITION SUMMARY
A family is seeking a dedicated and compassionate BCBA, QBHP or teacher to provide full-time 1 : 1 support for their child across home and school settings. This role is ideal for an individual who values consistency, connection, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in one child's daily life.
JOB DUTIES
Provide individualized behavioral support throughout the school day and at home, helping the child maintain focus, regulation, and engagement.
Implement ABA strategies and behavior intervention plans in both settings, ensuring consistency across environments.
Collect data, monitor progress, and adjust interventions as needed.
Communicate regularly with the family, teachers, and other professionals to coordinate care.
Manage the child's daily transportation to and from school (pick-up and drop-off).
Maintain confidentiality and follow all professional and ethical guidelines.
WORKER SPECIFICATIONS :
Ability to problem solve. Strong written communication skills and report writing. Ability to respond quickly to phone calls, texts, and emails. Knowledge of Word, Excel, and outlook systems. Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Clean driving record and no criminal history (background check required)Experience supporting children in both home and school environments preferred
EDUCATION :
Required : Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or Related Field or Active Teaching Certificate
CERTIFICATION :
Preferred : Board-Certified Behavior Analyst Certification by the BACB
EXPERIENCE : Preferred : Experience working with children with ASD
Preferred : Experience with Programming in Clinical Settings Preferred
Preferred : Experience Supervising RBTs and / or Behavior Therapists Preferred
Preferred : Experience with Autism and Related Disorders
