Position Overview :
We are currently seeking a Physical Therapist to deliver vital therapy services to students in PreK-12 schools, enhancing their mobility, strength, and overall physical function.
Key Responsibilities :
Conduct thorough evaluations of students' mobility, strength, balance, and coordination.Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to students' needs and abilities.Implement evidence-based physical therapy interventions to enhance motor skills, range of motion, and functional independence.Provide direct one-on-one and group therapy sessions as appropriate.Collaborate with educators, parents, and team members to integrate therapy goals into educational plans.Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes.Document therapy sessions and progress accurately and timely.Participate in IEP meetings, offering insights regarding students' therapy needs.Qualifications :
Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.Experience in pediatric or school-based physical therapy.Proficiency in assessment tools and therapeutic techniques for pediatric physical therapy.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Experience in teletherapy or online counseling preferred.Knowledge of adaptive equipment and assistive technology in physical therapy preferred.Benefits :

Physical Requirements (Working in a School Setting) :
