LHH is looking for an Entry-Level Legal Paralegal for a law firm in Glendale, WI. They are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated person and this is a fantastic opportunity for recent graduates or those passionate about law to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Draft, review, and edit legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, and correspondence.
- Conduct legal research and compile case law, statutes, and regulations.
- Manage and organize legal files, records, and case management databases.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, hearings, and depositions.
- File legal documents with courts and regulatory agencies.
- Assist with discovery processes, including reviewing and summarizing materials.
- Support trial preparation by creating exhibits and organizing witness lists.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate from an ABA-accredited program.Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Professional handling of confidential and sensitive information.Prior legal internship or related experience is a plus but not required.What We Offer :
