Overview :

The Springs of Mount Vista is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our rehab team full-time. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive skilled nursing facility (SNF) environment that values quality care, teamwork, and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities :

Evaluate and treat residents with physical impairments, functional limitations, and disabilities

Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments and goals

Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards

Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment plans and home exercises

Supervise and support PTAs as needed

Qualifications :

Current Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Arkansas (or eligibility)

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program

Prior SNF or geriatric experience preferred, but not required

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
