R Fisher Enterprises is looking for a vibrant and innovative person to join our team, we are looking for a 440, 20-44 or 220 Property & Casualty licensed Insurance salesperson. This is a base pay with Commission sales position, A salesperson that is a go getter and make things happen kind of person has the opportunity to make 100,000.00 a year or more. We are also looking for a Customer Service Representative. We pride ourselves on providing top-notch service and creating positive experiences for all of our customers. This role is crucial in ensuring we maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction. You will be the first point of contact for our valued clients, acting as the face of the company. Responsibilities

220 Property & Casualty licensed Insurance salesperson : The expectation is to sell insurance policies daily, NO COLD CALLS. There will be calls made to existing customers for requotes and cross sell opportunities.

For customer service client Interaction : Communicate effectively with customers, addressing their inquiries and providing accurate information about insurance policies and services. Offering guidance to ensure accurate and timely documentation.

Problem Resolution : Identify and resolve customer issues efficiently.

Policy Updates : Keep customers informed about their policy details, modifications, renewals, and other related changes in a proactive manner.

Documentation : Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and communications to ensure comprehensive service.

Putting notes in the customer files are mandatory.

There will be some selling involved and Lots of quoting

Requirements

For customer service client Interaction :

Previous experience in customer service is a must, if you have not done any customer service before, please do not apply. This job will require a 440 license. If you don't have one you will be required to obtain the license. The license can be acquired in less than a week. Which can be done from home and the cost is under $300.00.

Someone who does not have a problem answering the phone, making phone calls, calling insurance carriers to solve problems.

Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Need to be a Problem Solver, a quick learner.

Customer-Focused : A genuine desire to help others and deliver outstanding service.

Team Player : Ability to work collaboratively with a team to achieve common goals.

Professional Demeanor : Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times.
