Job descriptionMinimum 5 years of experience in the financial services sector. FINRA Series 65 license or a combination of FINRA Series 7 and 66 is preferred. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets. Experience with high-volume phone outreach and in-person consultations. Your earnings will be based on commissions with a base salary structure starting at $100,000 and transitioning to performance-based pay. This role offers unlimited earning potential, with many achieving mid to high six figures in just two years. Complete coverage for medical, dental, and vision premiums for you and your eligible dependents. A 50% match on your 401(k) contributions, up to the IRS limit. Comprehensive family support resources, including 8 weeks of paid Primary Caregiver Leave, $10,000 in assistance for fertility and family planning, and access to emergency child, adult, and elder care services.

As a Vice President of Sales focusing exclusively on wealth management, you will engage with high-net-worth clients to present Fisher Investment's strategic financial solutions. You will have the autonomy to manage your territory while receiving qualified leads—no cold calling needed!
What You Will Do :
- Convert potential clients by highlighting the unique benefits of Fisher Investments.
- Conduct in-depth assessments of clients' financial situations and recommend tailored solutions.
- Educate prospects on the diverse range of wealth management services we offer.
- Participate in continuous training programs in advanced sales techniques and financial management.
- Meet potential clients either in-person or virtually within your designated area.
