Job descriptionPatient Demographics : General family medicine population Case Mix : General outpatient family practice Office Equipment Available : Clinic equipment; access to imaging, labs, and specialty consults at main campus Specialty Backup Available : Cardiology, respiratory therapy, tele-stroke program, etc. Support Staff Available : Full clinic and hospital staff support Reason for Coverage : Permanent staffing need Travel, Lodging, and Malpractice Insurance : Relocation and housing negotiable Additional Benefits : Medical, Dental, Vision coverage for provider and family 403(b) retirement with employer contributions CME and PTO accrual Excellent full benefits package General family medicine diagnostic and treatment procedures Licenses : Active Washington State medical license (or ability to obtain) Certifications : Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine Experience : Less than 1 year accepted Other Qualifications : Commitment to professional conduct and confidentiality Ability to follow all clinic treatment, procedure, and medication guidelines Collaborative and constructive communication style Deliver outpatient clinical care within the scope of family medicine Adhere to clinic policies and applicable regulations Work cooperatively with other staff and departments Evaluate and provide constructive feedback to staff and providers Support the organization s mission of high-quality rural healthcare
