What you will be responsible for

• Provide Tier 1 and 2 phone, email and chat-based support for users for various systems, including e-mail, LAN / WAN, user account administration, Active Directory, Virtualization system, standard desktop images and applications, etc.
• Ensure backup, recovery, and data restoration for customers during upgrades or when a problem with the system is diagnosed
• Work with internal customers to identify issues and provide timely resolutions
• Consistently communicating with customers and team members
• Review and resolve server and networking issues
• Provide technical assistance to end users for various programs
• Automate redundant tasks and improve processes
• Escalate issues when necessary
• Collaborate with other IT professionals on intradepartmental projects
• Perform other duties as assigned

Compensation

The anticipated salary range for this position is $48,000 to $58,000 annually. This range reflects the base salary for candidates who meet the requirements of the role, including experience, education, and location. AAR offers a competitive benefits package, including medical / dental / vision / life / and AD&D insurance, 401(k) savings plan with employer match, paid time off and holiday pay, as well as opportunities for professional development and growth.
