Accounting Clerk
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. Responsibilities :
Process accounts payable transactions, including verifying invoices and issuing payments.
Handle accounts receivable tasks, such as preparing invoices and monitoring collections.
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation for audits.
Assist with reconciling accounts to resolve discrepancies and ensure accuracy.
Collaborate with team members to improve accounting processes and workflows.
Communicate with vendors and clients to address payment-related inquiries.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities as needed.
Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
Generate reports and summaries to support decision-making processes.
Requirements :
