Role Overview
As a Quality Control Specialist, you witness and approve the execution and installation of renovation and new construction projects, creating a lifecycle for multimillion dollar, multifamily apartment home communities. You also act as the eyes and ears of the Safety Manager while collaborating with vendors and workers to create a safe and happy workplace.
Qualifications
Stellar 3+ years of experience in the construction industry
ICC Certifications in Building, Plumbing, Mechanical and Electrical preferred
Bachelor's degree in construction, engineering, architecture, or a related field or equivalent inspection / construction management experience
Proven project management skills for each stage of construction and renovation
Solid understanding of due diligence, installation practices, and associated deliverables
Deep knowledge of standard practices compared to our high quality standards
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Project)
